I was inspired to write this article to share my experience of Kundalini Yoga and the powerful healing it provides. Why? Because we all have our stories. We all have things we need to heal from. I have tried many different healing techniques and found KundaliniYoga to be life changing. 

 

“Now, I’m no Kundalini guru but I do know that as soon as I started practicing it, it really helped me purge unwanted feelings and conditions. It has been one of the most powerful healing practices I’ve tried thus far. Because of this I suggest Kundalini Yoga to the clients that I work with who are having personal Psychotherapy or Counselling. I receive great feedback from clients that are now practicing Kundalini yoga as part of their daily lives.”
